Summary:

Another stakeout: Seattle detectives Chris Lecce and Bill Reimers team up on a stakeout, this time with female detective Gina Garrett and her mischievous dog.

Disorganized crime: a gang of would-be bank robbers have little going for them except a pair of bumbling detectives.

Money for nothing: After finding over a million dollars in cash that fell off an armored truck unemployed dockworker Joey Coyle embarks on a spending spree and hires a crime ring to launder the money while the police follow his increasingly distinctive trail. Based on a true story.
