Summary:

Chan takes his entire family (all thirteen) including honourable wife to the circus. The owner has sent for him because he has been receiving threatening letters and asks Chan to investigate. As Chan begins he is wrapped up in all the circus acts, including dancing midgets, trapeze performers, a pretty contortionist and a mad ape. As usual in all the Chan films an attempt is made on his life, this time a poisonous cobra before Chan cracks the case with the help of a besotted number one son. As Chan says "free tickets to circus like gold ring on merry-go-round - make enjoyment double".
