Summary:

When Pocahontas (Holt), a Powhatan princess, saves Englishman John Smith (O'Keefe) from a sentence of death by the Powhatan Confederacy, it angers both her tribe and the English settlers. The growing hatred between the Indians and settlers leads to war, which threatens the love between Pocahontas and John Smith.
