Moonflower murders [large print] : a novel / Anthony Horowitz.

Horowitz, Anthony, 1955- (author.). Conway, Alan. Atticus Pund takes the case. (Added Author).

Summary:

Retired publisher Susan Ryeland is living the good life. She is running a small hotel on a Greek island with her long-term boyfriend Andreas. It should be everything she's always wanted. But is it? And then the Trehearnes come to stay. The strange and mysterious story they tell, about an unfortunate murder that took place on the same day and in the same hotel in which their daughter was married, a picturesque inn on the Suffolk coast named Farlingaye Halle, fascinates Susan and piques her editor's instincts. When the Trehearnes reveal that their daughter Cecily is now missing, Susan knows that she must return to England and find out what really happened.
Cecily Trehearnes went missing a few short hours after reading Atticus Pund Takes The Case--a crime novel about the murder that took place at Farlingaye Halle--and which Susan Ryeland had edited some years previously. Believing that Cecily's disappearance is connected to her belief that the book proves the innocence of the man convicted of the murder, Susan returns to London to find out what has happened. The clues to the murder and to Cecily's disappearance must lie within the pages of this novel. But to save Cecily, Susan must place her own life in mortal danger.
