Summary:

Crooked cattle manager Devery deliberately stampedes some cattle into the area where highway engineer Roy and his crew are blasting. The landslide kills the scrub stock that Devery has substituted for purebreds stolen from his boss, but the cover-up threatens Roy and the youth-rehabilitation road camp he supports.
