A young boy named Banjo Cannon always eats a sausage for dinner, until the night that his sausage--and the rest of his meal--runs away. Allan Ahlberg is in his element with this fast and funny tale, while Bruce Ingman's kid-friendly illustrations add visual comedy to the chase.
